Pregnancy Relaxation Classes


Take some time out of your busy week for some 'me and bump' time! The Pregnancy Relaxation is a weekly relaxation session for expectant women at any stage of pregnancy and suitable no matter how you choose to birth. It gives you an opportunity to take some time out of your busy week to enjoy being pregnant and connect with your baby. And it’s a great way to meet other mums-to-be!

Some of the things we will cover in the weekly sessions are:
- Breathing and relaxation techniques
- Guided visualisation focusing on feeling good, healthy eating, sleeping well etc. in pregnancy
- How to be more positive and see birthing from an instinctive level
- It gives you an opportunity to relax and increase your confidence and positivity


When in my pregnancy can I come to a session?
You can attend a session at any time during your pregnancy. The sessions are pregnancy specific and do not focus on the birth. The sessions focus on general well being, bonding, eating well, sleeping well, stress management and so on. However the relaxation and breathing techniques are the same as those you will use for the birth

Do I need to bring anything?
Come in loose, comfortable clothing.

How much does it cost?
The hour long session costs £5, or £30 for 6 sessions
